What is Solace AGI?
A customer-owned AI technology department for agreed workflows. It begins with a scoped Pilot, then helps your team operate the workflows and reviews you approve. Automation runs only within the documented scope and schedule for the supported workflow.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
Chatbots answer questions. Solace is a managed service that maps and operates agreed workflows with your team. Where a supported workflow uses Solace Browser, it uses the approved local session controls on your machine. Evidence and activity logs cover specific approved actions so you can verify what was run on your behalf.
What does signup look like?
It starts with a scoping conversation with Phuc, then the $2,500 Technology Department Pilot: an assessment, a day-zero intelligence package, your first three-workflow map, and one workflow activated in a private tenant. From there you continue on the monthly operating level sized to your organization — Foundation ($1,500/mo), Department ($3,500/mo), or Network ($7,500/mo + $250/location).
What's included in the monthly operating level?
Each level includes your managed workflow capacity, Solace Browser access, standard WorldData or customer data enrichment per level, ongoing evidence feeds, and scheduled operating reviews with Phuc (quarterly on Foundation, monthly on Department). solaceagi.com holds core LLM credentials so you do not have to manage API keys. We do not make a blanket all-inclusive promise: separately approved third-party pass-through expenses (such as postage, paid ads, premium licensed data, specialized APIs, or dedicated infrastructure) are always separated from the service price.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Before recorded kickoff, the buyer may cancel for a full refund; after recorded kickoff, the Pilot is nonrefundable except remedy failure, separate written agreement, or rights law does not permit limiting. Ongoing operating levels remain governed by their applicable written agreement.

Solace Browser executes locally using your existing local session controls. On solaceagi.com each customer has its own tenant scope; keeping one customer out of another's data is a design commitment whose enforcement is still in progress (see /trust for the current status). Rather than making blanket data-residency guarantees, we scope data flows to your specific approved workflows and provide export and exit rights for your tenant records. How does Solace decide what to ship without asking me?
The engagement scope specifies which actions require customer approval, and the applicable supported workflow and control coverage is documented before work begins. You choose your approval requirements, review cadence, and which routine activities may proceed under predefined rules.
