Who we are

Phuc Labs Inc operates the Solace platform at solaceagi.com. On behalf of our client businesses — for example, Kumon Quincy (a math & reading tutoring center) — we send opt-in, customer-care text messages to those businesses' own customers who have provided consent.

What messages we send

• Free-assessment and appointment confirmations
• Attendance / check-in confirmations
• Student progress updates and weekly memory links (to the parent/guardian)
• Account and service notifications

These are transactional/customer-care messages. Frequency varies by activity (typically a few per month).

How customers opt in

End users provide their mobile number and give explicit consent on the client's enrollment and booking forms hosted on solaceagi.com (e.g. /kumon-enroll, /kumon-assessment), which include clear SMS-consent language. Consent is recorded per customer. We never purchase or share phone numbers, and opt-in is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
