When you use Solace Browser, you agree to:
That’s it. We’re not tracking you. We’re not harvesting your data. We’re not limiting your rights to repair or modify open-source code.
Everything you put into Solace is yours. We don’t claim ownership. You can export it, delete it, or use it elsewhere.
Solace CLI is open-source under the Apache 2.0 license. You can:
Submit a feature request in the Solace UI. Our team will review it, create tests, and ship it (usually within 24 hours for Dragon Warriors).

Billing: We charge upfront. You can cancel anytime. No refunds if you’ve already used the service.
Fair Price Guarantee: If you’re charged unfairly, let us know within 30 days. We’ll refund and fix the issue.
You agree not to use Solace to:
If you violate these: We’ll warn you first. Then we’ll disable your account. We will never sell your data to law enforcement, but we will cooperate with legal requests.
Solace is provided “as-is” without warranty. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will never have bugs.
But: If a bug causes provable financial damage, we will work with you to fix it and discuss compensation.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We don’t cover indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, etc.).

If we can’t resolve it: You agree to mediation before arbitration. This saves everyone time and money.
We may update these terms. If changes affect you materially, we’ll notify you and ask for your consent.
We will never: Reduce your privacy rights, claim ownership of your data, or lock you in unfairly.
